Hey, beautiful people. So I hope everybody's having such a beautiful day. I really do. I wanted to see y'all for two seconds and let you know.

Look, first off, I ain't got no makeup on, really. I look like crap. It's early. My salon's not quite open.

I'm, just wanting to throw this out there because I talk to a lot of people. I see a lot of people, I see a lot of things, and I have experienced some things myself just like you. So I want to talk to you all today about when life gets hard. So I teach grace for yourself, understanding forgiveness so that you can give it to others When life gets hard, it is really, really important to stay true to who you are, who you always have been inside, not to get harsh.

It's not the people around you's fault, and it's not their responsibility to make you happy inside yourself. And when you are taking your aggression from things you're dealing with out on the people you love, you're costing yourself even more. This world gets hard. It's not the easy ride.

I say that all the time. It's not a reason to get harsh. It's not a reason to get mean. It's not a reason to get mad.

It honestly is more of a reason to have grace and kindness and love. Believe it or not, it takes more strength to do that. It takes more strength to hold on to who you are inside and to say it's okay that I'm not okay. It's not your fault.

So let me show you love. You know what happens when you're out there giving, love and not harshness when your world feels like it's crumbling? Your strength gets stronger Your circle of people get brighter, You get an understanding and a knowledge like never before, Don't be harsh Don't cost yourself Why? This world is already hard enough So when we are harsh inside of ourselves, we're costing ourselves, Nobody wants to stay around somebody hard and mean Nobody wants to stay around somebody Whenever they're trying to have a conversation and laugh And they start assuming that you're talking about them Or doing something, That's not fun That's not happy, So today I challenge you to look at yourself And say Am I taking it out on the rest of the world?

Thank you. Instead of learning how to process properly, learning how to accept things we can't change, learning how to push through pain and grow, am I refusing to take any of my accountability? Am I refusing to show grace for myself so therefore I'm not showing it to the world? Question yourself.

Nobody else knows the answer but you. And you want to hear something funny? People around you might know the answer, and you don't yet. Self-reflecting is very important, and it should be done daily.

That's all I got to say for today, for right now. Check it out. Y'all are amazing. You're strong.

You're beautiful. And look, you're doing the work right now. You are putting in the work right now. And I'm proud of you.

Be proud of yourself. Freaking awesome. Make today as amazing as you are. Peace out.

Love you. Catch you next time. And your story's not over. You're still writing it.
